Job summary

Revcon Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a technically skilled sales-support professional to manage on-site installations and provide service and support to customers across regions. You will verify issues, propose solutions, and repair defective items while coordinating with China-based suppliers and manufacturers.

The role requires a diploma in electrical engineering, 1–3 years in M&E sales, strong communication, and excellent interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in M&E, control & automation industry.
• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven.
• Clear presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English, as the role requires regular communication with China-based suppliers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.
• Provide on-site service and support to customers; not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair.
• Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers.
• Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
• Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.
• Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
• Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Carry out other duties as reasonably required.
