Job summary

ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Engineer to support planning, supervision, and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance across sites.

You will lead a team of technicians, oversee electrical works, and ensure timely delivery of projects with strong adherence to safety practices. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 3 years in FM, and good documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management.
• Accreditation by Energy Market Authority as Licensed Electrical Worker will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn.
• Hardworking and able to multi-task.
• Have good documentation practice.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineer in planning, controlling of all preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Supervise all maintenance works and variation jobs carried on site.
• Feedback status of major works to Engineer.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Lead a team of technicians for all facilities management related activities including operations.
• Attend and oversee Electrical maintenance works.
• Investigate, analyze and determine root causes for breakdowns and faults.
• Prepare and review reports.
• Monitor ad-hoc facilities projects to ensure on time delivery.
• Perform any other tasks as and when required.
