Job summary

Well Established Company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support PM/CM and upgrading works for M&E equipment in commuter facilities. You will coordinate with LTA, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar field will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Engineer in preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and upgrading works for M&E equipment in commuter facilities.
• Coordinate with LTA, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and project activities.
• Prepare and conduct Joint Measurement Surveys (JMS) and site inspections with LTA.
• Supervise contractors, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
