Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated M&E professional in Singapore to design and coordinate M&E building services, ensuring compliance with regulations and project standards.

The role involves preparing tender drawings, estimating costs, and reviewing shop drawings and technical specifications from contractors. You will monitor progress, attend project meetings, supervise on-site activities, and manage contract administration, coordinating final inspections with clients after project

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Construction M&E.
• Entry level; training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate M&E building services in line with project standards.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain approvals and ensure compliance.
• Prepare tender drawings and cost estimates.
• Review contractors' shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure smooth implementation.
• Attend and conduct project meetings, site supervision and inspections of M&E systems by contractors.
• Handle contract administration.
• Coordinate and attend final site inspections with clients upon project completion.
