Job summary

CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion on site in Singapore. The role requires coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities, while monitoring safety, schedules, and compliance with drawings and codes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Singapore’s Facilities Management and construction experience.
• Familiar with electrical systems, testing, and commissioning.
• Minimum LEW license grade 8.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Review project schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure milestones are achieved within the planned timeline.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover of electrical systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical, design, and site coordination issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, resource coordination, and overall project delivery.

Monday to Friday

7.00am to 7.00pm

Saturdays/Eve of Public Holidays
