SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to own the electrical design of advanced semiconductor equipment, from control panels to on-site commissioning.

You will design high- and low-voltage panels, translate customer specs into robust solutions, generate CAD schematics and BOMs, and ensure UL/CE/SEMI S2 compliance while supporting installation and testing across sites.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in electrical system design for industrial or automated equipment.
• Hands-on experience designing high- and low-voltage control panels.
• Proficient in electrical CAD tools (e.g. EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical).
• Working knowledge of UL, CE, ISO or SEMI S2 standards.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and power quality analysers.
• Methodical approach to diagnosing faults and signal noise.
• Willing to travel frequently and take on extended on-site assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and document high- and low-voltage control panels for automated semiconductor equipment

• Produce electrical CAD schematics, wire lists and BOMs to "copy exact" standards
• Develop electrical test, setup and calibration procedures, and analyse performance data
• Make sure designs comply with international safety standards (e.g. UL, CE, SEMI S2)
• Work with the mechanical and automation teams to integrate hardware and software
• Provide on-site support during manufacturing, integration and customer acceptance testing

Our client is a Singapore-based semiconductor equipment company that builds high-precision automated systems for chipmakers worldwide. You'll own the electrical design of its machines, from control panel architecture to testing and on-site commissioning.

What You’ll Do

• Design and document high- and low-voltage control panels for automated semiconductor equipment
