ACEPL specializes in building services consultancy for condominiums, teaching institutions, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, data centers, etc.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Design, supervision, and contract administration of electrical works for institutional, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Prepare system schematics and layout drawings.
• Prepare technical specifications and drawings.
• Tender evaluation.
• Plan submissions to authorities.
• Review of contractors’ technical submissions and shop drawings.
• Verification of contractors’ progress claims.
• Monitoring of contractors' site progress.
• Witness factory and site acceptance tests.
