Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP is seeking an Electrical/ELV Design Engineer for Singapore building services projects. You will design electrical systems including CCTV, access control, data and telecom, and fire alarm systems, and oversee concept through construction documentation.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants, manage timelines and costs, and ensure compliance with authorities. A strong background in Singapore building services is required.

Qualifications

Experience in Electrical system design for buildings in Singapore.
Experience with CCTV, access control, data/telecom, fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

Design and engineering of electrical and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, data/telecom, fire alarm, emergency comms).
Prepare concept, detailed and tender designs; issue for construction.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors; advise on technical M&E queries.
Ensure cost control and project timelines; manage manpower for the project.
Prepare and vet drawings for submission to authorities; liaise with PE for submissions.
Attend site progress meetings and resolve technical issues; conduct testing and commissioning.
Assist on tendering for prospective projects.
