ZETTAVOLT SINGAPORE SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance of marine electrical systems.

You will troubleshoot technical problems during start-up, inspect equipment, coordinate with engineering and ship crews, train customers and colleagues, prepare field reports and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported technical problems during start-up and with motor control centers, drives, switchgear, motors and transformers.
• Inspect malfunctioning products to determine problem and recommend repair, replacement or corrective action.
• Coordinate problem resolution with engineering department, shipyard employees and ship’s crew.
• Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for customers, engineers, technicians and others as required.
• Prepare and timely submit complete and accurate field service and other technical reports.
• Perform in-house engineering, technical and support work.
• Able to travel.

• 1. Provide pre-sales and /or post sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment and systems
• 2. Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems that arise during start up and those related to motor control centers, variable speed drives (AC & DC), switch gear, AC/DC motors and transformers
• 3. Inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem to recommend repair, replacement or any other corrective action
• 4. Coordinate problem resolution with engineering department, shipyard employees and ship’s crew
• 5. Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure on-going customer satisfaction
• 6. Conducts training sessions for customers, engineers, technicians and others as required
• 7. Prepare and timely submit complete and accurate field service and other technical reports
• 8. Perform in-house engineering, technical and support work.
