Job summary

EDIV ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks a capable supervisor to coordinate and manage electrical and ELV works on project sites.

You will supervise M&E services, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with architectural coordinators and design engineers to resolve clashes early. The role requires understanding Main Contract and Subcontract requirements, monitoring progress, staying within budget, and ensuring compliance with all standards, codes, and safety regulations while maintaining

Job description

1. To coordinate and manage electrtical and ELV works

2. Ensure all electrical works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

3. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E services at project site

4. Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement

5. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.

6. M&E coordination and liaison with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers.
