Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical & M&E Draftsman to produce detailed AutoCAD drawings for multiple projects. The role focuses on shop drawings, as-built docs, and construction packages, with strict adherence to project specs and standards.

You should have a Diploma or degree in BIM/Engineering/Architecture or related, plus at least 2 years in Electrical or M&E drafting; proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in BIM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Diploma, NITEC, or certificate in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical or M&E drafting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical & M&E technical drawings using AutoCAD based on project specifications.
• Produce and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and client feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project teams by resolving technical drawing issues during project execution.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with other drafting and documentation duties as assigned.
