Job summary

Superform Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Senior Associate to lead and shape electrical design for major infrastructure and building projects in Singapore. The role involves technical leadership, client relationship management, and adherence to local codes and standards.

The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering with at least 4 years of progressive design experience, proven leadership in complex projects, and strong communication skills to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design, including leadership of complex projects.
• Experience in statutory roles such as QP/PIC and client-facing responsibilities (senior roles).
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice and local authority submission processes (LTA, PUB, HDB, BCA).
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Mentor and develop engineers and designers, building technical capability within the team.

• Assume statutory roles including Qualified Person (QP) and Project Manager (PM), ensuring compliance with local authority requirements.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal preparation.

About the Role

As a Electrical Engineer, you will participate/lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, providing technical leadership and acting as a trusted professional adviser in the Built Environment. You will play a key role in driving project success, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping innovative and sustainable electrical engineering solutions that align with regulatory requirements and client objectives.
