Job summary

PH HYDRAULICS & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. designs and delivers complete controls solutions for clients, combining electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, and BOM preparation.

The role focuses on producing detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, and material purchases to meet customer specifications. On-site testing and commissioning are involved, with documentation and issue resolution throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Control & Instrumentation, Electrical, IT Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI and VFD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produces complete controls solutions and electrical design packages based on customer specification and standard practices.
• Forms and produces electrical design packages such as detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials, and purchase of material.
• Designs and implements PLC programs and HMI programs tailored to customer and project requirements.
• On-site testing and commissioning (local & overseas).
• Document control, project monitoring and provide solutions for any technical and functional problems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Control & Instrumentation/Electrical/IT Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Strong trouble-shooting, problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI and VFD would be an advantage.
