We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to help design, develop, validation and documentation of electrical system on high-precision CNC lathe machines. In this role, you will work on customer-driven design changes, test and refine your own designs, and make sure improvements meet customer requirements. You will also be responsible for delivering design projects on time and ensuring electrical designs meet performance, safety, reliability, and global regulatory standards.
As part of the engineering team, you’ll collaborate with other engineers, sales staff, and departments such as production, quality, and procurement. Your goal will be to create reliable, cost-effective CNC solutions that satisfy customers and support future sales through innovation and continuous improvement.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in machine tool, automation electrical design work or robotics equipment, preferably in CNC machine industry.
Strong proficiency in CAD software (Unidraf X, BOM or equivalent).
Proficiency in PLC programming software (GX Work, GX Developer and Fanuc Ladder).
Experience in CNC machining and understanding of precision manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex mechanical systems.
Experience leading product development from concept to mass production.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical reports, bills of materials, and design records.
