Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Electrical Contracts Administrator to oversee contracts from award to final account. You will manage budgets, track cash flows, and negotiate with clients, main contractors, and vendors on pricing and terms.

The role requires 3–5+ years in electrical contract administration, with strong knowledge of BOQs, variations, and claims. Based at Tagore Lane, site work at project locations, 5.5 working days.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in electrical construction contract administration, QS, or commercial management.
• Deep technical understanding of electrical systems (power, lighting, DBs, containment, T&C) with blueprint-reading skills.
• Strong contract administration, measurement standards, BOQs, variations, and claims knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical contracts through lifecycle—from award to final account settlement.
• Manage budgets, revenues, and cash flows for projects.
• Evaluate documents to assess commercial risks, scope changes, and cost impacts.
• Prepare, submit, and track progress claims, VO, EOT, and contractual claims.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and dispute resolutions with clients and contractors.
• Procure and administer subcontracts, managing pricing and payments.
• Collaborate with PMs, site engineers, procurement, and accounting to realign execution with finances.
• Maintain contract documentation and deliver regular financial updates to management.
