Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeller - M&E in Singapore to prepare and update electrical shop drawings, and to develop BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

You will ensure drawings meet project standards, review for accuracy, and coordinate changes with the project team. Training will be provided, and you will support documentation and filing of drawings and records.

Location: Aljunied, Singapore. Basic salary: SGD 3,500–3,800 per month, six days per week.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for M&E BIM modelling.
• Understanding of electrical drawings and shop drawings is a plus.
• Basic BIM coordination across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update detailed electrical shop drawings based on project and as-built information.
• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models and drawings using relevant software.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and technical requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
• Coordinate with project teams to incorporate drawing changes and design updates.
• Assist with BIM documentation, submissions and project records.
• Maintain proper filing and version control of drawings and related documents.
• Support the Project Manager and project team with drawing updates, coordination and other ad-hoc tasks.
