Job summary

Our client, an established engineering company in Singapore, is seeking a BIM Modeller (Electrical / MEP) to support its project team on building-services works.

Responsibilities include preparing electrical shop drawings, developing BIM models in Revit, coordinating drawings with project teams, and maintaining documentation for BIM submissions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a project team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and BIM software knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings based on project and as-built drawings.
• Develop, update and coordinate MEP / Electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Work closely with project and engineering teams to update and amend drawings for coordination purposes.
• Assist in preparing and organising documentation for project records and BIM submissions.
• Maintain accurate drawing revisions and documentation.
• Support the Project Manager and project team with project completion activities.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
