Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting an established engineering company in Singapore to hire a BIM Modeller (Electrical / MEP). The role centers on creating and coordinating electrical shop drawings and BIM models for building-services projects.

You will develop, update and coordinate BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensure compliance with specifications, maintain drawing revisions, and assist with project documentation and BIM submissions for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates with BIM knowledge encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings from project and as-built drawings.
• Develop, update and coordinate MEP/Electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate drawings with project teams to ensure proper integration.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and technical requirements.
• Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation for BIM submissions.
• Support the Project Manager and project team on completion activities.
• Handle additional project-related duties as assigned.
