Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeller to prepare and develop BIM models and drawings for residential projects, using Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with M&E teams and ensure compliance with project submissions.

The role requires hands-on BIM modelling experience in Singapore HDB or condo residential schemes, and a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, with strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Electrical systems and M&E coordination.
• Hands-on Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects.
• Candidates without HDB or Condo Electrical BIM experience will not be considered.
