Job summary

RICHARD'S LIGHTING (S) PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on production technician to perform assembly and testing in a safety-conscious environment. You will conduct sub-assembly verifications, identify failures, and help implement preventive and corrective actions.

The role requires good documentation practices and close collaboration with Engineering and Project teams. Candidate should have NITEC or technical education in electrical engineering, with 2 years’ relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• NITEC or technical education in electrical engineering is required.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience.
• Able to use basic production jigs & tools.
• Good communication & organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Hands on production & assembly work in line with work instructions and safety regulations.
• Perform verification tests at sub-assembly levels and carry out failure analysis.
• Ensure preventive & corrective measures are in place to sustain quality.
• Maintain good production records and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Project Team for feedback on issues, progress and productivity.
