Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Assembler for Singapore's West, responsible for assembling and installing electrical components and control panels, with safety compliance and quality checks.

You will perform functional checks on safety circuits and report issues, maintaining accurate records. A background in electrical/industrial assembly and relevant NITEC or diploma is preferred. Company transport is provided, work Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in electrical assembly or electrical installation
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field, or equivalent practical electrical assembly experience
• Experience in precision or industrial equipment assembly is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical components and systems, including control cabinets and panels, power supplies, circuit breakers, transformers, motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, cables, connectors, terminals, and grounding points
• Perform functional checks of emergency stop circuits, door and safety interlocks, foot switches, control switches, and indicator lamps
• Verify correct response of electrical systems during operation, including axis or motor movement signals, sensor feedback and status indications, and alarm and warning indications
• Accurately complete electrical quality and inspection records for assigned work, recording settings, results, and pass/fail judgment clearly and completely
• Identify and report electrical issues such as incorrect wiring, loose connections, abnormal alarms, signal loss, incorrect rotation, feedback errors, or sensor faults
• Follow electrical safety procedures at all times, including lock-out and verification steps as required, and maintain good housekeeping in panels, cabinets, and work areas
