Job summary

SANKYU (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced E&I Technician with hands-on experience in plant maintenance and field installation in industrial environments.

The role covers E&I installation, panel wiring, instrumentation installation and calibration, and field testing. Candidates should have 5–10 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Nitec in Electrical or Instrumentation. On-site work in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

E&I TECHNICIAN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN PLAT MAINTENANCE

• E&I installation, loop testing in Oil & Gas, Chemical, petrochemical and process plant’s
• Panels and cable installation in Manufacturing plant’s
• Panels and cable installation in Industrial Buildings.

E&I TECHINICIAN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN FIELD INSTALLATION

• Electrical support installation (supports, trays and trunking)
• Electrical Panel wiring (replace control & power cables, MCB, RCCB, RELAYS, ETC.)
• Electrical Cable installation
• Electrical Panel installation (Distribution boards, operation panels, control panels)
• Electrical cable glanding & Termination
• Electrical Testing (motors, cables, electrical equipment)

INSTRUMENT INSTALLATION

• Instrument installation experience (Transmitters, control valves, RTD, Thermocouples, TG, PG gauges)
• Instrument support installation (tray & trunking, conduit pipes, flexible supports etc)
• Instrument calibration (PT, TT, PG, LG, DPT ETC.,)
• Instrument cable testing
• Instrument cable glanding & termination
• Instrument loop testing
• Electrical & Instrument Troubleshooting

E&I TECHNICIAN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN CALIBRATION AND TESTING

• Hands-on experience in calibration of transmitters & valves (EMERSON, YOKOGAWA, E&H etc)
• Hands-on experience in calibration of field instruments (pressure & temp, DPG gauges)
• Experience in troubleshooting (electrical panel & control panels)
• Good knowledge in reading SLD
• Good knowledge in reading control wiring diagram
• Good knowledge in understanding P&ID, instrument loop diagrams & Loop testing.

Hands-on experience in Test Equipment’s:

• 375/475 FIELD COMMUNICATOR
• Temperature calibrator, Megger.
• Pressure calibrator RANGE:400 BAR/ RANGE:20 BAR.
• DC Regulator power supply, Earth tester, High voltage Insulation tester.
• Instrument remote sensor digital type-B FS-135,
• Digital Multifunction Tester
• FLUCK Calibrator.
• VICTOR 01 Temperature source, VICTOR 04 Voltage ma source.
• TK3 (vibration & axial displacement tester)
• FBT6 Field bus segment monitor

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or its equivalent
