Job summary

ONE SEVEN CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is partnering to recruit an EHS & Workplace Manager in Singapore. You will lead environment, health and safety and facilities management across offices and warehouses, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable building systems.

You will mentor junior staff, advise leadership on EHS risks, and maintain ISO certifications while coordinating with regulators, landlords and contractors to ensure continual improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management, Engineering or EHS.
• 10+ years in EHS and facilities management, supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH, ISO 45001/14001/9001 and bizSAFE.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore EHS strategy, annual plan and management systems.
• Supervise and coach junior workplace personnel; set priorities and review performance.
• Advise leaders on EHS risks and regulatory obligations; embed requirements into operations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore safety, environmental and fire safety rules; liaise with regulators and customers.
• Maintain ISO certifications and lead internal/external audits and inspections.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments and site observations across locations.
• Manage Permit-to-Work process and contractor governance.
• Plan safety training and awareness programmes to build safety culture.
• Oversee facilities operations, building services and preventive maintenance.
