Job summary

Wuxi Biologics Biopharmaceuticals Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for on-site Fire & Security management. You will operate fire detection and protection systems, manage access control and CCTV, and lead security guard operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and emergency readiness.

Responsibilities include developing F&S programs aligned with EHS policy, training the Emergency Response Team, and maintaining lifelike safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science is required.
• WSHO and FSM certifications preferred with ESG certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of Fire & Security management experience, preferably in pharma/chemical industries.
• Proficient with local regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Fire & Security management systems, programs, and SOPs per HS policy and local regs.
• Develop and implement Emergency Response Plan per statutory requirements (SCDF etc).
• Train Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Operate and maintain fire detection and protection systems and Fire Command Center.
• Operate and maintain access control and CCTV systems.
• Manage security guard operations.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirement:
