Job summary

3Tel International is seeking an EHS professional to plan, implement, and oversee all EHS matters at our site in Singapore. You will lead risk management activities and ensure compliance with safety legislation and safe work practices, conducting site inspections and coordinating with regulators and certifying agencies.

You will facilitate accident investigations, implement corrective actions, maintain EHS records, and organize safety training for employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent.
• Familiar with MOM workplace safety and health requirement
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills are essential
• A positive working attitude, responsible, accurate and able to work under pressure
• Able to commit 5.5 working days
• Able to work late if required
• Prefer with SMO
• Prefer Singaporean/SPR

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee all EHS matter
• Lead in risk management activities
• Ensure all site works comply to adhere to safety legislation, rules and safe work practices.
• Conduct site inspection on workplace safety, ensure all site supervisors and workers comply to workplace safety
• Recommend and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Participate and familiar in accident/incident investigation, root cause analysis, able to produce accident report.
• Maintain records of EHS matters
• Plan and organize safety training for employees.
• Liaise with the customer’s representative, external parties, certifying agency and regulatory department (e.g., MOH, MOM, NEA, SCDF, SPF) pertaining to EHS matters.
• Conduct inhouse HSE training, including safety induction and orientation
• Assess Permit-to-Work at Heights (PTW)
• In-charge of ISO audit and certificate renewal
