Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks an attentive EHS Officer to uphold WSH compliance on construction sites in Singapore. You will implement the EHS management system, perform daily inspections, investigate incidents, and prepare monthly risk assessments and reports.

The role requires at least 2 years' construction experience, WSQ WSH advanced certificate with refresher, WA H assessor certificate, and risk management training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.
• WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate.
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management training or course.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
