Job summary

Google in Singapore is seeking a Program Manager to lead Environmental Health and Safety initiatives for its data center operations. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across offices and time zones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, with at least two years in program management and in managing EHS programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in program or project management.
• Minimum 2 years managing EHS programs.
• Experience with environmental health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS programs and projects to improve operations.
• Organize stakeholders and plan activities to deliver improvements.
• Ensure AHJ compliance, maintain permits, monitor KPI performance.
• Execute meetings, reports, and site plans; assess EHS risks.
• Evaluate incident data and track corrective actions to closure.
