Job summary

The role requires 5 years of program or project management in risk, compliance or audit, with experience in external audits and regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5 years in program/project management focusing on risk, compliance, or audit.
• Experience with end-to-end audit processes and regulators.
• Experience in risk assessment and remediation.
• Experience designing programs across regions or regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of the data center compliance program by updating processes to meet changing needs.
• Lead external audits (customer/regulatory) and prepare 1LoD site leads for interviews.
• Act as data center policy expert, guiding stakeholders on regulations and impacts.
• Translate global policies into actionable steps for first line of defense.
• Collaborate with site leads to close control gaps and remediate risks before audits.
