Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a mid-level Program Manager for Environmental, Health and Safety to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across offices and time zones. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to keep initiatives on track.

The role focuses on implementing EHS programs, ensuring AHJ regulatory compliance, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating incident data and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience with managing environmental health and safety programs.
• Experience with environmental and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and projects to improve operations.
• Identify, organize, and plan program activities and stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ regulations, maintain permits, monitor KPI performance.
• Execute and manage site EHS calendar tasks, organize meetings and reports.
• Evaluate incident data and track corrective/preventive actions to closure.
