Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Singapore to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across data center compliance. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners including Cloud Compliance, Legal, and GDC Management.

You will serve as a domain expert on data center policies, drive audit programs with external regulators, and translate global standards into practical steps for the first line of defense at Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or technical project management with a focus on risk, compliance, or audit.
• Experience managing end-to-end audit processes, including interactions with external auditors or regulators.
• Experience in risk assessment and remediation.
• Experience designing and implementing programs across multiple regions or in regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data center compliance program's evolution, updating processes to meet changing organizational needs.
• Execute localized external audits (customer, insurance, regulatory) and prepare site leads for interviews.
• Serve as the primary expert on data center policies, guiding stakeholders on regulatory impact.
• Translate global policies into actionable steps for the first line of defense at sites.
• Collaborate with site leads to identify and fix control gaps before audits.
