Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, seeks an experienced EHS leader to govern site-wide environmental, health and safety programs in Singapore. You will drive regulatory compliance, IH program oversight, incident investigations, and audits while mentoring EHS staff and shaping safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of EH&S experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• CIH/CSP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of site EHS programs.
• Deploy site EHS strategies, objectives and initiatives.
• Manage EHS Management System to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee Industrial Hygiene program: exposure assessments and controls.
• Coordinate permits, licenses, inspections and regulatory submissions.
• Lead audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Enhance internal EHS audit coverage.
• Plan EHS campaigns, training, and safety culture initiatives.
• Drive EHS improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Supervise EHS personnel and support succession planning.
• Perform Facility and Security Management duties.
