Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore seeks an experienced EH&S professional to lead safety and compliance programs within a large industrial environment. The role focuses on implementing ISO 45001/ISO 14001, cultivating a safety-first culture, and ensuring regulatory adherence across operations.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in EH&S, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a demanding setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in EH&S or Engineering required.
• 5–7 years of professional EH&S experience in a Workplace Safety and Health context.
• Experience implementing ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a large multinational industrial facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to employees and management on EH&S policies and procedures.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and reporting through calendars and standard work.
• Engage line organizations in EH&S program implementation and improvements.
• Steer the company toward an injury-free work environment.
• Perform risk assessments with stakeholders and recommend controls.
• Coordinate EH&S emergency preparedness, drills, and training.
• Provide EH&S technical support in engineering development and process improvements.
• Review risk assessments and incident reports, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Develop and manage EH&S audits and inspections.
• Support EH&S Council with improvement projects and activities.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
