Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) seeks an experienced EHS professional to develop, implement, and improve EHS and Industrial Hygiene programmes in a semiconductor fab. The role safeguards safe operations by managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across environmental and workplace safety areas.

You will lead hazard assessments, licence management, process reviews, and emergency preparedness while promoting a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science or a relevant discipline (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science).
• Relevant experience in EHS, environmental management, occupational safety or process safety.
• Certifications such as MOM WSH Officer, SFSM, SCEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EHS hazard and risk assessments and drive corrective actions.
• Manage EHS licences, testing, inspections and regulatory documentation.
• Review fab processes for EHS risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support process safety and continuously enhance EHS programmes and culture.
• Assist with Emergency Response Centre activities and drills.
• Collaborate to maintain EHS management systems and certifications.
