Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all EHS programs at our advanced semiconductor fabrication facility. The role requires deep technical knowledge of chemical, physical, and environmental risks inherent in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years in EHS, with 3+ in leadership in high-tech manufacturing.
• Direct semiconductor, electronics, or chemical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-wide EHS strategy aligned with SEMI standards.
• Lead EHS team and track KPIs; report to senior management.
• Manage EHS budget and CAPA process with regulatory audits.
• Oversee chemical management, industrial hygiene, and safety programs.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Drive environmental programs and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate Emergency Response Team and business continuity planning.
