Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) engineer to implement Fab10’s EHS programs, conduct training, audits, and coordinate compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.

You will engage with internal teams and external partners, lead safety walks, investigate incidents, track metrics, and contribute to AI-enabled safety improvements while upholding Micron’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety programs and procedures are effective and conform to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement cost-effective safety solutions.
• Coordinate safety walks, inspections, and audits.
• Respond to emergencies and investigate incidents; recommend preventive actions.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate safety metrics and performance data.
• Support ISO System by participating in internal audits to improve safety programs.
• Identify, develop, and provide safety training per company goals.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve safety efficiency and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement with AI-enabled enhancements.
