Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Safety & Health professional to ensure regulatory compliance and manage the Workplace Safety and Health Management System across the manufacturing site in Singapore. The role covers inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and coordinating with management, customers, and authorities.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and be a registered WSH Officer with the Ministry of Manpower, with at least 5 years’ experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience handling WSH in a manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Enter, inspect and examine worksite for potential safety violations.
• Assess exposure levels of workers to hazards and substances.
• Investigate accidents and coordinate with authorities when incidents occur.
• Maintain WSH records and submit audit reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in applying for special permits and conduct safety trainings.
