Job summary

Starline Holdings Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an EHS Coordinator to ensure facility compliance with all applicable EHS laws, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and corporate requirements. You will conduct regular inspections, maintain JSA, Emergency Action Plan, and risk management systems, coordinate emergency drills, and oversee environmental reporting.

The role requires 2-3 years of manufacturing EHS experience, WSQ Level B in WSH, and strong communication; proficiency in MS Office; and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field with WSQ Advanced Cert (Level B) in WSH.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• 2–3 years EHS experience preferred in manufacturing sector (required).
• Good knowledge of ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 Management Systems.
• Good knowledge of Singapore EHS legal requirements.
• Strong documentation skills with revision control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certified Work-at-Height Supervisor and Lifting Supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility complies with EHS legal and ISO 14001/45001 requirements.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and implement control measures.
• Maintain JSA, Emergency Action Plan, Legal Register, and Risk Management System.
• Coordinate Emergency Response plans and drills.
• Handle environmental compliance, reporting, permitting, waste handling and recycling.
• Oversee EHS records, reports, permits and training documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' EHS compliance.
• Support internal and external EHS audits.
• Prepare monthly safety committee meetings and report safety metrics.
• Uphold high standards of conduct and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
