Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Operations with focus on energy/utility operations.
• Experience in power generation, utilities, or waste-to-energy operations.
• Familiarity with environmental compliance and safety standards.
• Proven leadership in continuous process environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EfW operational activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Oversee incineration, steam generation, ash handling, and waste nomination planning.
• Ensure compliance with NEA, MOM, SCDF, and PUB regulations.
• Monitor emissions, CO2e, wastewater, and noise; enforce safety and environmental standards.
• Drive process optimization (FMEA, RCM, predictive maintenance, digital monitoring).
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop staff competencies.
• Manage site resources and budget; engage with regulators and customers.
• Support audits, inspections, and licensing to operate.
