Job summary

BIZ IQ INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated Roadshow Consultants to promote education and training programmes at roadshows, exhibitions, and events across Singapore.

You will engage the public, understand their learning needs, and guide them through enrolment processes, with on-the-job training and clear targets. The role welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds, including fresh graduates, and offers opportunities to develop in sales, communication, and customer engagement skills within

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events across Singapore.
• Engage members of the public and understand their learning and training needs.
• Introduce relevant SkillsFuture-supported courses and training programmes.
• Explain course information, eligibility and enrolment procedures to interested individuals.
• Follow up with prospective learners and support the enrolment process.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in product training, coaching sessions and team activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with members of the public.
• Self-motivated and able to work towards sales targets.
• Willing to work at different roadshow locations across Singapore.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
