Job summary

The Hustle Institute Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate Roadshow Consultant to represent our training programmes at roadshows, events, and promotional activities across Singapore. You will engage the public, understand learning goals, and introduce SkillsFuture-supported training opportunities.

Driven by people, targets, and commissions, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to develop effective sales strategies, achieve targets, and deliver an excellent enrolment journey from first contact

Qualifications

• No specific educational qualification is required.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced roadshow environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent training programmes at roadshows, events, and promotional activities.
• Engage and connect with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and promote SkillsFuture-supported workshops in areas such as Culinary, Media, Arts, and more.
• Understand individual interests and training needs through meaningful conversations.
• Recommend suitable courses and learning opportunities based on needs.
• Follow up with interested participants and guide enrolment journey.
• Work closely with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to enrolment.

As a Roadshow Consultant, you'll represent our training programmes at roadshows, events, and promotional activities across Singapore. You'll engage members of the public, understand their learning goals, and introduce them to relevant SkillsFuture-supported training opportunities.

What You'll Do

Represent our training programmes at roadshows, events, and promotional activities.

Engage and connect with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.

Introduce and promote SkillsFuture-supported workshops in areas such as Culinary, Media, Arts, and more.

Understand each individual's interests, career goals, and training needs through meaningful conversations.

Recommend suitable courses and learning opportunities based on their needs.
