Job summary

Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Education Technology to spearhead digital transformation of educational programmes. You will drive digital content development, working with clinician-educators to deliver scalable online and hybrid learning across Asia.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, building an education technology capability, and ensuring high-quality, accessible content using Articulate and Maivenpoint LMS within POD.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design skills with ability to translate clinical content into digital learning
• Proficiency in e-authoring tools (Articulate) and LMS familiarity (Maivenpoint)
• Experience leading or supervising a team in healthcare education is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead digital module development and conversion of programmes into digital/hybrid formats
• Design online learning experiences with SME/clinician educators, including videos, modules, quizzes
• Integrate materials into Maivenpoint LMS and ensure accessibility
• Develop a playbook for consistent digital delivery across projects
• Lead videography and multimedia production for education content
• Provide stakeholder management and reporting to senior leadership
