Job summary

Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Education Technology to advance digital and hybrid learning initiatives. You will lead the conversion of programmes, design engaging online experiences with clinicians, and oversee multimedia production for high-quality education content.

Responsibilities include developing a scalable education technology service model, educator readiness, and QA across modules.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design skills translating clinical content into digital learning.
• Proficiency with Articulate and Maivenpoint; familiarity with other edtech is a plus.
• Hands-on videography: filming, editing, post-production for learning content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Digital Module Development and Conversion: convert programmes to digital/hybrid formats with SME input.
• Integrate materials into Maivenpoint LMS and maintain a conversion playbook for consistency.
• Redesign face-to-face sessions to emphasise application and interaction over content delivery.
• Video production: plan, film, edit educational videos and build a library of assets.
• Scan for new education technologies and curate high-quality online mental health training materials.
• Establish tiered service model for education tech requests and build internal capability.
• Provide educator readiness programmes and ongoing technical/pedagogical support to educators.
• Oversee QA processes for digital/hybrid modules and drive continuous improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with digital learning innovations and share learnings across the team.
• Document solutions and workflows; contribute to AI chatbots and knowledge repositories.
• Lead and mentor team members and balance development with operational priorities.
