Job summary

Marketing Institute of Singapore (MIS) is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities for education, executive-development and corporate-training programmes. You will manage the sales pipeline, develop new accounts, coach the team, and build relationships with learners, organisations and industry partners.

You will lead both business development and team performance, setting targets and turning client needs into learning solutions. Some travel and events involvement may be required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of relevant sales or business-development experience.
• Experience leading, coaching or supervising a sales team is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new B2C and B2B business opportunities.
• Promote MIS academic programmes, executive-development courses and corporate-training solutions.
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, networking, events and industry partnerships.
• Conduct consultations with prospective learners and corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programmes or training solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and follow-up communications.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and potential growth opportunities.
