Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager, Supportive & Palliative Care (Education) to provide administrative leadership within DSPC, supporting education initiatives for learners and educators. You will prepare educational materials, coordinate programmes, manage budgeting, and generate regular reports with KPI data for internal stakeholders and external funders.

The role requires a university degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• University degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools such as Tableau; familiarity with design tools such as Canva will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and creativity while functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare education and team management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department in managing administrative tasks and coordinating work distribution within the team
• Prepare educational materials and resources for learners
• Manage educational programmes to support both learners and educators
• Provide regular reports through data collation and statistical analysis of education-related key performance indicators, for internal stakeholders and external funders
• Assist in departmental work planning and budgeting exercises
• Organise meetings related to educational domains, including preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up coordination
