Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Centre Manager in Singapore to lead daily center operations, oversee onboarding of parents and students, and collaborate with teaching teams to tailor coding programs.

You will drive customer engagement through community activities and manage CRM data to ensure smooth delivery of coding programs to local and international schools. This hands-on role offers exposure to the founding team, with responsibilities extending from operations to events planning

• Plan and run lead-generation events and partner activities.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in onboarding new parents and guiding them through available coding programs.
• Share the vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students.
• Support customer success initiatives, events, and community activities to boost engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as parents’ advocate.
• Plan lead generation events with key partners and manage class payments.
• Work with teaching teams to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Handle general administrative duties and ensure data is properly documented in the CRM.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM; manage community relationships.

Centre Manager

• Salary: $3500 - $4000

• Working hours: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat n Sun | Off days: Wed-Thu |9am-6pm

• Location: Novena, Bukit Panjang and Tampines

Summary:

This role will expose you to daily operations of managing an ed-tech start-up and facilitate the smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents

• Share the vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students

• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement

• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them

• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received

• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion

• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research

• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system

• Relationship manager for our community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
