Job summary

Rapsodo Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to help evolve our real-time analytics devices. You will work closely with software and hardware teams to deliver enhancements and support existing products, ensuring performance and reliability in field conditions.

The role demands hands-on firmware development on ARM Cortex-A platforms, proficiency in C/C++, embedded systems, and driver development for I2C, SPI, GPIO, and ADC, plus familiarity with U-boot and RTOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MSc/MEng in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in developing and optimizing time-critical C/C++ code.
• Experience with embedded system architecture and robust integration.
• Hands-on peripheral drivers for I2C, SPI, GPIO, ADC, Timers on ARM Cortex-A.
• Familiar with U-boot and RTOS.
• Clear communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to evolve products.
• Develop and optimize firmware for time-critical code.
• Create and integrate peripheral drivers for I2C, SPI, GPIO, and ADC.
• Support existing products with maintenance and enhancements.
• Contribute to system integration and bring-up on target hardware.
