Job summary

Centific is seeking a detail-oriented Circuit Provisioning Engineer in Singapore. This role involves troubleshooting server and network hardware, managing circuit changes, and supporting production environments. Qualifications

• Experience executing detailed MOPs and technical instructions.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience with Telecom ISP and Colo Providers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot server and network hardware including fiber/optic cables.
• Manage circuit move, add, change and disconnection orders (MACDs).
• Provide ongoing support of production environment.
