Job summary

THEO10 PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-commerce Executive in Singapore to manage digital storefronts, optimize product listings, and coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment. You will bridge marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver a seamless shopping experience across platforms.

The role focuses on storefront maintenance, SEO-driven merchandising, promotional campaigns, and performance reporting to drive online sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product listings maintenance and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for SEO and conversion.
• Execute online promotions, discounts, and banner placements for seasonal campaigns.
• Track customer orders from purchase to delivery and maintain SLA.
• Monitor stock levels across warehouses to prevent out-of-stock delays.
• Handle post-sales inquiries, returns and refunds to maintain CSAT.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate and average order value (AOV).
• Generate regular performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for senior management.

Platform & Content Management

• Storefront Maintenance: Oversee product listings, categorize items correctly, and ensure pricing accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
• Digital Merchandising: Optimize product titles, descriptions, and high-quality images to improve search rankings (SEO) and conversion rates.
• Campaign Execution: Implement and track online promotions, discounts, and banner placements for seasonal sales and marketing campaigns.

Operations & Fulfillment

• Order Management: Track customer orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring SLA and fulfillment metrics are consistently met.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels across warehouses to prevent out-of-stock situations or delays.
• Customer Support: Handle post-sales inquiries, returns, and refunds to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Analytics & Reporting

• Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and average order value (AOV).
• Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for senior management to adjust future strategies.
