Job summary

Sephora is seeking a motivated intern for Ecommerce in Singapore. This 6-month internship program offers hands-on exposure to daily onsite operations of our Singapore Ecommerce platforms and collaboration across marketing, content, and commerce teams.

You will assist in coordinating campaigns, assets production, and analytics, while learning how to optimize onsite performance and drive commercial outcomes. This program emphasizes growth, cross-functional work, and meaningful project delivery

Qualifications

• An interest in Ecommerce
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and / or SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Innovative and creative, continually looking to drive improvement and boost commercial outcomes
• Self-initiated with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the execution of the daily onsite operations of the Singapore Ecommerce platforms
• Coordinating across multiple team functions to ensure smooth execution of Ecommerce promotional campaigns, partnerships and app gamifications
• Keeping track and analyzing ongoing campaigns (onsite and marketing) to ensure optimization
• Preparing weekly Ecommerce campaign brief and tracker for store teams
• Working with content and creative team in the conceptualization and production of assets for Ecommerce campaigns
• Liaising with external agencies for online and offline collateral productions
