Job summary

Sephora Asia Pte Ltd invites applications for a 6-month Ecommerce internship under the Sephora ASPIRE program in Singapore. You will learn through real-world projects, collaborating with multiple teams to drive promotional campaigns and optimize online activities.

The internship focuses on hands-on experience in daily onsite ecommerce operations, content production, data analysis, and campaign coordination across channels, with exposure to marketplace initiatives and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and / or SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Innovative and creative, continually looking to drive improvement and boost commercial outcomes
• Self-initiated with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the execution of the daily onsite operations of the Singapore Ecommerce platforms
• Coordinating across multiple team functions to ensure smooth execution of Ecommerce promotional campaigns, partnerships and app gamifications
• Keeping track and analyzing ongoing campaigns (onsite and marketing) to ensure optimization
• Preparing weekly Ecommerce campaign brief and tracker for store teams
• Working with content and creative team in the conceptualization and production of assets for Ecommerce campaigns
• Liaising with external agencies for online and offline collateral productions

Throughout your 6-months, you will have the opportunity to be involved in meaningful collaborations and drive key business projects. At the end of your term with us, there will be platforms to present your work to the relevant functional teams and more, where we come together to celebrate your wins and growth.
